Bananen-Erdnuss-Eis – zuckerfrei genießen in 5 Minuten
Manchmal braucht es keine komplizierten Rezepte, um etwas richtig Leckeres zu zaubern. Dieses Bananen-Erdnuss-Eis ist der perfekte Beweis: wenige Zutaten, in Minuten fertig – und komplett ohne zugesetzten Zucker.
Zutaten:

4–5 gefrorene Bananen

2–3 EL Erdnussmus

etwas Sojamilch
-
ein paar zuckerfreie Schokodrops
Zubereitung:
Die gefrorenen Bananen zusammen mit dem Erdnussmus in den Mixer geben und cremig pürieren. Falls die Masse zu fest ist, etwas Sojamilch hinzufügen, bis die gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht ist. Anschließend in Schälchen füllen und mit Schokodrops garnieren.
Tipp: Wer es schokoladig mag, kann das Erdnussmus durch Haselnussmus ersetzen und zusätzlich etwas Kakao unterrühren. Das Ergebnis ist ein cremiger Schoko-Traum – ganz ohne Reue.
Dieses Eis ist in nur fünf Minuten gemacht, erfrischend, nahrhaft und so lecker, dass meine Kinder es am liebsten jeden Tag essen würden.
